Formatting Instructions The paper must be written in English using the available Microsoft Word templates for A4 format. Formatting may not be altered. Please format your final paper as a PDF file in a two-column format according to the instructions for final paper submission (http://www.telsiks.org.rs/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/TELSIKS-2023-InstructionsForFinalSubmission.doc). The Instructions are the same as for the first submission, with header and example Copyright notice added. Please follow the formatting instructions and templates. Be sure to use the template’s conference mode. Use the A4 format. DO NOT use the US Letter format and do not paginate your paper. DO NOT place numbers at the bottom of the page and DO NOT delete XXX. 2. Copyright Notice Before submitting your paper, you must add (change) the copyright notice at the bottom of the first page of your source document (MS Word or LaTeX). PLEASE ADD the appropriate copyright notice to your paper. It should go at the bottom of the left column, the first page only. The appropriate copyright notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth for an IEEE Conference Publication. Please, put the appropriate copyright notice instead of the existing one in the footer of this template by using one of the following: 1. Check your final paper A. Before Creating a PDF Use the template where you can type or copy your paper. The detailed guidelines for the final paper preparation are given in the instructions for final paper submission (https://www.telsiks.org.rs/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/TELSIKS-2021-InstructionsForFinalSubmission.doc) Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of our source document. If necessary, contact Biljana Stosic at telsiks@elfak.ni.ac.rs for the appropriate copyright notice. Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision. B. Creating your PDF eXpress Account Use PDF eXpress to verify the PDF file of the paper for IEEE-compliance before submission. Papers that are not IEEE-compliant will not be included in the proceedings nor published. Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site First-time users should do the following: 1. Select the New Users 2. Enter the following: 57806X for the Conference IDyour email addressa password 3. Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup. Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid. You will receive an email with your checked pdf or IEEE pdf eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a pdf for checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed. In case you submitted a pdf file that failed the check, please address the required issue and submit a new file for checking C. Renaming your PDF File for Final Submission The certified acceptable file you receive from PDF eXpress will be given a filename in the form PID123456.pdf. Before uploading your final paper you should rename this exact file to conform to the following naming convention: TELSIKS-23-XXX.pdf, where XXX is the paper ID assigned to the submission (Examples: TELSIKS-23-026.pdf , TELSIKS-23-001.pdf). Please also name your approval email from PDF eXpress using the convention approval-XXX.pdf and upload it together with the final paper. 4. Submitting a Copyright Release Form If a paper has been selected for publication in TELSIKS 2023 (including invited papers and special sessions), the authors of the paper have to submit a Copyright Form, necessary for the inclusion of the paper in the proceedings of the conference, published by IEEE. From 2019, theTELSIKS conference uses the IEEE Electronic Copyright Service (eCF). The paper cannot be published in the proceedings if the form is not properly completed. Аll the necessary information on how to properly fill in and submit a copyright form, you can find at https://www.telsiks.org.rs/copyright-form/. You will be redirected to the IEEE Copyright submission site and a wizard will guide you through the process. A traditional copyright form with signature is not requested as it is replaced with the web form. 5. Upload Your Final Paper After all above is finished, the final paper and the approval mailfrom PDF eXpress (named as explained in 3.C) should be uploaded in pdf format through the Easy Chair submission system. Deadline for Final Paper Submission: 30th September 2023. This is a hard deadline for final papers to be included in the TELSIKS 2023 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore. 6. Register for the Conference To be published in the TELSIKS 2023 Conference Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register at the appropriate registration rate and must present the paper at the conference. Information regarding registration fee payment may be found at the official TELSIKS 2023 web site (http://www.telsiks.org.rs/registration.htm). A regular paper that is not covered by registration fee will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.
